A little about our building 

The Denbury was built between 1972 and 1973 by Campeau Developments and is located at 2951 Riverside Dr. 

This L shaped condominium stands 12 stories high and contains 174 units. The units are one, two, and three bedroom units. The building is a short distance to the Billings Bridge Shopping Centre and Carleton University.

The majority of the units feature hardwood or parquet flooring, high ceilings, large windows, a spacious open concept living/dining room space, large bedrooms, and a private balcony overlooking the Rideau River. Some of the kitchens have been renovated to be open concept, and they all feature lots of cabinet and counter space, a tiled backsplash, and have room for a breakfast nook or have a kitchen island with eat up breakfast bar. 

The amenities at The Denbury include an outdoor pool with loungers, a tennis court, bicycle storage, a recreational room with a billiard table and some fitness equipment, and a common area with lots of seating and a small library. 

Just across from one of the south ends most beautiful waterfront locations, be it a stroll along the river or a swim at the beach! The Denbury rises to the East of Mooney's Bay where you can enjoy the summer out on the beach or partake in the annual Hope Volleyball tournament as well as several marathons that happen along Hogs Back. For those that are outdoor enthusiasts, there are several walking and hiking trails that run from Mooney’s Bay to Hog’s Back and through to Vincent Massey Park. 

For those who travel to and from work using public transportation, one can hop onto a local bus that brings them to Billings Bridge Station where you can grab any connecting bus. Also within a 20 minute walk is the Mooney’s Bay O-Train that will bring you to either Hunt Club or as far as the Bayview LRT Station where you can grab the LRT to your next destination.  

Within a 30 minute walk is the Billings Bridge Shopping Centre where you will find a Walmart Supercentre, Independent Grocer, LCBO, and many more stores.
